This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to:

  • Increase connection to yourself and your needs, through active listening to emotions.

  • Accept your emotions and experiences more fully.

  • Better understand your needs.

  • Adequately adjust your movement.

By using a concrete and practical method, participants will discover how to take the time to better welcome their emotions before regulating them.
