It is designed to equip participants with practical tools and theoretical knowledge to effectively understand emotions, both their own and those of others.

  • improve their interpersonal communication.

  • connect to their drivers and goals.

  • transpose these concepts into everyday life using a concrete tool for knowing oneself and others.
