Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Processing of users' personal data:

If you choose to provide us with your personal information, we will treat your data confidentially in accordance with legal provisions.

 

The personal data (surname, first name, e-mail, date and place of birth, emotions, geolocation data) that you communicate to us are processed by Seen-apps SCA (IT specialists and statisticians), having its registered office at 4840 Welkenraedt, rue L. Brecht 5, data controller, hereinafter Seen-apps.

 

Your data is processed in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and Regulation 2016/679 on data protection from its entry into force:

 

The data which are necessary for the execution of the contract which binds you to Seen-apps are processed for the following purposes:

  • for customer management;

  • for the issuance, collection and verification of invoices;

 

These data are kept 6 months after your unsubscription. In addition, by concluding this contract and providing us with your personal data, you give us your express consent to process this data for the following purposes:

  • for the communication of paper and electronic newsletters from Seen-apps;

  • with a view to carrying out information or promotional operations on the services of Seen-apps;

  • and in order to offer you new purposes.

 

When the processing is based solely on your consent, you are free to withdraw your consent by written request addressed to Seen-apps, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of this consent. Your data is kept as long as you do not inform us of this wish.

  2. Your data will not be transmitted to any recipient other than specified below and for the following purposes:

    • to our external data protection officer,

    • to our subcontractors responsible for the IT infrastructure, the creation and maintenance of our website and extranet, to the extent necessary for the performance of their respective missions,

  3. By written request (including in electronic format) dated and signed, addressed to the data controller and proof of your identity, you can obtain from Seen-apps a free copy (including in electronic format) - of your personal data. as well as, where applicable, the rectification or deletion of those which are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, or the limitation of processing within a period of 30 days. You also have the right to data portability. After this 30-day period, you may consider that the request has been rejected.
    The President of the Court of First Instance hears any request relating to the right to obtain communication, rectification, deletion or limitation of personal data if the request has been rejected.

  4. If at any time you believe that we are not respecting your privacy, please send a letter or email to our data protection officer (seenapps@lexing.be).
